1. Overview
Puzzle Garden is an ad-free picture puzzle game designed for children ages 3–7 and their families. We designed the app to work without accounts, advertising, behavioral tracking, or user-generated content. We do not ask children or adults to provide a name, email address, photo, audio recording, or precise location.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores preferences and puzzle progress locally on the device, including language and gameplay settings, completed puzzles, completion counts, selected difficulty, and completion times. This information is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Optional subscriptions unlock additional puzzle content. Apple App Store or Google Play processes the purchase and payment. We do not receive your payment-card details or store-account credentials.
We use RevenueCat to display the paywall, validate purchases, restore purchases, manage subscription access, and provide subscription management. To perform these functions, RevenueCat and the applicable app store may process an anonymous app-user identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, subscription status, transaction dates, device and operating-system information, locale, currency, network information such as an IP address, and the last time the app contacted the service.
When a parent opens a paywall, the app may also send RevenueCat non-personal context indicating where the paywall was opened and which bundled puzzle was selected. The app does not send RevenueCat names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, recordings, or a custom account identifier. Automatic device-identifier collection and RevenueCat diagnostics are disabled in the app.
4. Third-party services
Other than the app stores and RevenueCat for subscription functions, Puzzle Garden does not include third-party analytics, attribution, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Children’s privacy and parental gate
Puzzle Garden does not provide accounts, social features, messaging, camera or microphone access, location access, or advertising. Subscription screens and purchase-management features are located behind a parental gate. If you believe information has been processed in a way that is inconsistent with this policy, please contact us.
6. Security, retention, and deletion
Purchase-related data is transmitted using encryption and retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their policies and legal obligations. We do not maintain a separate database of children’s gameplay or personal information. To request access to or deletion of data associated with a purchase, email us using the address below. We may need information from the purchase platform to identify the anonymous subscription record.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. A parent or guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a child by contacting us. You may also manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
