1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Puzzle Garden, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms for a child user.

2. App use

Puzzle Garden is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Subscriptions

Puzzle Garden may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock additional content. The price and subscription period are shown before purchase and may vary by country or store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account after purchase confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the applicable store.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• The applicable store handles billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility under its own terms.
• Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Intellectual property

The app, artwork, sounds, text, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Mikhail Kostin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

5. Availability and disclaimer

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
